John Preston, Chief Executive Officer

John Preston has more than 10 years’ Director level experience of managing the delivery of public and private sector homecare contracts. Since joining CRG Homecare in April 2015, John has directed the transformation of CRG’s Homecare brand expanding services across 18 national offices, diversifying the services and overseeing the increase in-home care services.

Stephanie Windle, Chief Operating Officer

Stephanie has more than four years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector having started her career as a Branch Manager before being promoted to Regional Director overseeing multiple contracts and branches to Chief Operating Officer and managing a team of Regional Directors.

Dianne Underwood, Director of Quality, Training and Governance

Having started her career in Adult Social Care 16 years ago, Dianne has a wealth of experience within the industry. Dianne has worked in both the public and private sectors working with the adult social care teams.

Dianne is responsible for overseeing the quality, training and governance at CRG Homecare. As part of her role, Dianne has implemented the Continuous Improvement Strategy and The Matters initiative across the organisation, which saw Dianne be named as Finalist of the Great British Care Awards Innovator of the Year 2019.

John Townley, Director of Resourcing & Mobilisation

John has worked at CRG Homecare for 8 years. He joined the organisation as Head of Mobilisation Support Team (MST), in which he oversaw the mobilisation of new homecare contracts across England. Since then has taken on the additional responsibility of recruitment and resourcing. John has a passion for people, relationship building and a positive attitude.
